WitnessVetted — expert-witness vetting dossiers for litigation attorneys

Privacy note — WitnessVetted

What the forms collect: the attorney request form, the expert form, the corrections form, and the dataset interest form each collect only the contact and request details you type into it, used only to respond to that request. For example, the attorney request form collects your name, firm, firm email, the expert's identity, and what to check. It is processed by Tally (form), Carrd (this site), and our email provider, only to operate this service. Stripe processes only payments for paid purchases, such as the expert listing payment; it does not process request-form submissions. Your request is confidential: the expert you name, your firm, and your matter are never published and never used to market our services. Client dossier work is never published and never enters any dataset or public profile. Dossiers are compiled only from public records — do not send privileged material; if it is sent anyway, it is not used, is deleted when identified, and the sender is told what was done. We do not sell request data. Corrections: documented errors in any dossier or profile are corrected with a dated note — send corrections via the corrections form.

WitnessVetted — Verified expert-witness records, compiled from the public record. Launching in forensic economics. Every fact cited. Every check dated.WitnessVetted is a research and information service, not a law firm. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to retain, designate, or exclude any expert witness. Facts labeled "self-reported" originate from the expert or the expert's firm. Corrections: documented errors are corrected with a dated note — use the corrections form to report one.
